Hatteras Coaching is a guidance and growth practice helping students, professionals, and parents find clarity and direction. Stacy is a dedicated coach who draws on research-based assessments and personal experience to support clients through major life decisions.

What are your main service offerings?
Student Coaching (“Finding You”) — exploring strengths, essay planning, college and career guidance
Career Coaching (“Ignite Your Passions”) — clarifying direction, transitions, ongoing support
Parent Support — learning styles, assessments, IEP advocacy, neurodiversity screening
Abilities Assessment — evaluates strengths and personal style with 90-120 minute debrief
How does the Abilities Assessment work?
Clients complete a scientifically grounded assessment measuring 14 abilities and 3 personal style dimensions. Then Stacy leads a 90- to 120-minute one-on-one debrief to interpret results and plan next steps.
Can I combine services (for example, Student Coaching + Career Coaching)?
Yes. Many clients begin with an Abilities Assessment or Student Coaching, then transition into Career Coaching or Parent Support as their needs evolve.
Do you offer group sessions or workshops?
Yes — group debriefs and workshops are available for schools, private or charter, especially when working with 10 or more students.
What is the cost or pricing structure?
Pricing depends on which service(s) you choose. Please contact us for a custom quote or schedule a consultation to explore options.
How long is the coaching relationship?
It’s flexible. Some clients engage for just one key session. Others choose ongoing support over weeks or months depending on goals and progress.
How do I get started?

What happens if I’m not sure which service is right for me (or my child)?
No problem — Stacy can help you choose. We’ll review your situation, your goals, and recommend whether Abilities Assessment, Student Coaching, Career Coaching, or Parent Support is the best fit.
Do you support clients remotely (online) or in person?
We offer both remote (video/phone) and in-person coaching, depending on location and client needs.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
